Very friendly and helpfull staff. Our site was level and nicely shaded. There is a major BNSF rail line running across the front of the campground. We like trains and it did not bother us. However, if you have issues with train traffic you might want to think twice.

Nicely shaded sites and free wireless internet. The owners were very friendly and helpfull. There is a Durango Trolly (bus) stop in front of the park and for $0.50 you can ride into Durango. Very clean showers and restrooms.

Very nice and friendly staff. Our site was level and our neighbors friendly. The owners take pride in their park and it shows. Good clean showers and a nice pool as well as mini-golf. Close and convienient to Mesa Verde NP.
